For years, Eiffage Construction BeLux’s internal newsletter was a trusted, printed medium. Until it was time for the next step. Studio Boiler developed a digital news website that reflects the strength of the group: clear, modern and human-centered.

The internal site feels like a professional news portal, featuring content on construction sites, sustainability and teams. An interactive map allows employees to follow project progress — from order to delivery. In site cabins, printed teasers with QR codes link directly to full digital articles, keeping paper and pixels perfectly in balance.

The platform is internally secured and not indexed by Google, maintaining a clear distinction between internal and external communication. Built-in analytics show how many employees click through and which topics resonate most across the organization.

Sodemat – employer branding from the heart

Within the Eiffage Benelux group, Sodemat has been the material management specialist since 2002. Their expertise was undeniable, but their online presence lagged behind. The challenge: creating a brand story that shows not only what Sodemat does, but who they are.

Together, we redefined their digital identity into a story about people, values and progress — with employer branding at its core.
We started not from promises but from reality: to convince externally, you must first be strong internally. The renewed website embodies that vision — a platform that gives equal space to safety, sustainability and team spirit, alongside their impressive technical achievements.

This strengthened not only Sodemat’s appeal to new talent, but also the pride of their existing employees.

Heirbosh Keire – 50 years of building trust

Heirbosh Keire, a cornerstone within the Eiffage family, recently celebrated its 50th anniversary — a milestone that called for branding that connects past and future.

Studio Boiler designed an anniversary identity that visually captures fifty years of craftsmanship. From site banners and print materials to digital applications, the branding radiates class and continuity, featuring a recognizable anniversary logo that highlights the tradition of building with purpose.

The golden anniversary became not just a look back, but a look forward — toward fifty more years of trust, quality and collaboration.
